Reflecting on Gratitude: A Thank You to Our Customers
Studies show that practicing gratitude can boost our well-being, improve relationships, and even reduce stress. The simple act of saying "thank you" can strengthen connections and foster a sense of community. As Saltie Rose continues to grow, we want to take a moment to acknowledge how much your trust and support have meant to us. And with the holiday season approaching, it's the perfect time to express our heartfelt thanks to you, our amazing customers!
In just the first six months of our journey, your support has meant the world to us. You've helped shape our brand and brought our vision to life, and for that, we are truly grateful.
In addition to gratitude, we’ve also been reflecting on the importance of Self-Compassion. Dr. Kristin Neff, a leading researcher in the field, emphasizes that self-compassion is as essential as showing kindness to others. As a brand designing for women over forty, this outlook is essential to our messaging.
Practicing compassion for each other (and ourselves) helps us maintain a sense of balance and joy.
Rather than being critical of ourselves in unhelpful ways, we can practice self-compassion and treat ourselves with the same kindness we would offer a friend. Self-compassion can improve our mental well-being and help us approach setbacks with resilience and self-awareness.
We are deeply grateful to our friends, family, and customers for supporting our new venture and for believing with us that dreams have no age limit—your encouragement makes all the difference as we turn our vision into reality. As we enter this season of giving, know that we truly appreciate you being part of our story.
Thank you for your continued support, your feedback, and loyalty. Here's to many more months of connection, self-compassion, and gratitude!

Gratitude Practice Challenge: Dr. Martin Seligman, the father of Positive Psychology, suggests a simple practice to cultivate more gratitude in our daily lives: Reflect on three things each day that went well and why they went well. Through this integration, Seligman believes we can enhance our health, boost our optimism, and even reduce feelings of stress or anxiety. It’s a practice that brings awareness to the joyous moments in our lives, no matter how small.
