How do I know what size to order?
We know that every woman is unique, so Saltie Rose offers separates. This lets you mix and match different styles and sizes to show off your personal look on and off the pickleball court. Depending on your preferences and assets, order sizes that match best on top and bottom.
Are your clothes true to size?
Our pickleball shorts, tops, tunics, and joggers have an athletic fit and 4-way stretch fabrics. They follow the body's curve to support every move on and off the court. If you prefer a more relaxed look, size up one size.

Can I machine wash my pickleball clothing?
Taking care of your pickleball gear is easy! For most of our clothing, machine wash it separately in cold water and tumble dry on a delicate setting. This will help keep the fabric in great shape and ready for your next match! Always check the care instructions on each item to be sure.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
How can I check the status of my shipment?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
If you require expedited shipping or have special delivery instructions, please contact our customer service team for assistance at info@saltierose.com. Additional charges may apply. $35 for overnight shipping
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your Item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I return the sale or discounted items?
As a small business, we can only offer exchanges on sale or discounted items. Items must be returned unworn and in perfect condition. We hope you understand, and we're here to help if you have any other questions or need assistance!
How do I start a return?

How long do I have to return an item?
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Do you provide return labels?
Yes! We will send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We ask that returns be shipped within 7 days of receiving the shipping label.
Make sure to only use our pre-paid return labels provided through our returns portal so we can track your return. We are unable to refund lost returns or items returned using labels other than our own.

How do I use a discount code?
To use a discount code on our store, follow these simple steps:
Browse our store and add the products you'd like to purchase to your cart.
Once you're ready to complete you purchase, click on the shopping cart icon and proceed to checkout.
On the checkout page, look for the "Discount code" or "Have a coupon?" section. Enter your discount code in the provided box.
After entering the code, click "Apply" to see your discount reflected in your total.
If the code is valid, your discount will be applied, and you can continue with your payment to finalize the order.
